The Bike Life

In a world of fast paced cars, fast paced jobs, and an overall fast paced lifestyle, people are becoming more and more dependent on technology for an easier life.
But there is a culture, a culture that has been around for over 100 years, a culture that has gone through bumps and bruises, a culture that is back on the rise:
This is THE BIKE LIFE!

Bike Life is a short documentary which delves into the world of the European cycling culture. Focusing in on three stories which take place around Lake Geneva, Switzerland, this film portrays ways in which cycling is making a better and happier place.

Through promotion, innovation, and activism many cyclists are creating a culture to ensure a more fulfilling life. Simply riding your bike to work or to school can make you healthier, more environmentally friendly, and best of all- HAPPIER! The electric bike is a rising innovation which has changed the landscape of cycling for those not-so-intense cyclists. A small bike-rental shack turned into a national organization which hires immigrants and unemployed persons to rent free bikes in every major city across Switzerland.

These are the three stories which Bike Life uncovers.

With beautiful cinematography and a breathtaking backdrop, this documentary will make you want to hop on a bike and change the world!

Bike Happy, Live Happy!
